Please read these terms carefully before engaging in our B2B manufacturing and customization services. By partnering with Summitty, you agree to the following terms.

01 B2B Business Model Confirmation
Summitty is a professional OEM/ODM supplier specializing in high-quality wigs, masks, party costumes, and festival accessories. We operate strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale and customization model.
We do not engage in retail business or sell directly to individual consumers. Our services are exclusively designed for global brands, retail chain stores, importers, distributors, and e-commerce sellers.
02 OEM/ODM & Intellectual Property
For private label and custom manufacturing projects, the following applies:
- Client Responsibility: Clients must hold the legal rights, licenses, or authorizations for any designs, logos, packaging, or trademarks submitted to us for production.
- Confidentiality: We respect your intellectual property. Summitty guarantees strict confidentiality regarding your brand's proprietary designs, custom molds, and business strategies. We will not expose your custom products to other clients without permission.
- Mold Ownership: If clients pay for custom mold development, the molds belong exclusively to the client and will only be used for their specific orders.
03 Orders, Pricing & MOQ
All product quotations provided by our sales team are valid for a specified period and are subject to final confirmation based on raw material costs, customization requirements, and order volumes.
- MOQ: Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to all standard and customized items to ensure production efficiency and cost control. Specific MOQs will be communicated during the quotation phase.
- Payment Terms: Production will commence only upon receipt of the agreed deposit (typically T/T). The balance must be settled before shipment or against the copy of the B/L, as stipulated in the formal Proforma Invoice (PI).
04 Quality Assurance & Inspection
Quality is non-negotiable at Summitty. We have maintained a 99% product satisfaction rate over 16+ years by adhering to strict standards.
Every order undergoes a 100% quality inspection before shipment. We ensure that mass production matches the approved pre-production samples, especially meeting the strict compliance requirements of the US, EU, and Japanese markets.
05 Claims & Returns Policy
Due to the customized and large-volume nature of our B2B manufacturing, we do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, unsold inventory).
If there are verifiable manufacturing defects or discrepancies from the approved sample, claims must be submitted in writing to your account manager within 15 days of receiving the goods at the destination port. Claims must be accompanied by detailed photographic or video evidence. We will actively work with you to provide reasonable compensation, replacements, or credits for future orders.
